AN INTRODUCTION

I suppose that I should begin by introducing myself properly. I go by the username blueirisfox on many platforms, but my human name is Imogen Ashton.

I like making art online and coming up with cool worlds and characters. My goal is to flesh out a world that I can illustrate and share with the world! Maybe make it all into a comic or book series?

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by cool looking characters and magical worlds beyond our reality. One of my first obsessions was with Princess Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy, who I still consider one of my favourite characters of all time. The idea of living in a floating castle in space surrounded by cute little star creatures still fills me with a sense of wonder and awe even to this day.

In more recent years, my obsessions lie in franchises like the Violet Evergarden anime with it's stunning visuals, amazing soundtrack and moving storyline to the Final Fantasy games, which are equally as stunning (and aren't very final at all considering that more keep coming - not that i'm complaining)

My love for engaging storylines and visuals is something that I have had to uncover, relearn and rekindle time and time again. And every time I go through this process I grow more love and respect for the craft, the desire to improve and create serving as a beacon when life starts throwing a few too many punches my way :'3
